Due to continuing growth we are seeking an Automation Engineer for our Buffalo, NY office.

Responsibilities

  • Cost estimation and proposal development
  • Project management
  • Electrical design of industrial automation systems
  • Specify field instrumentation and devices
  • Develop drawing packages
  • Specify, design, author, and field integrate automation and process control software
  • Train end-users and maintenance personnel
  • Travel required for out-of-town projects
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of automation & control systems experience in an industrial setting
  • BS in a related Engineering Discipline
  • Proficiency in Communications, Control Panel and DCS/PLC/SCADA software systems design experience
  • Proficiency in Allen-Bradley automation platforms
  • Previous Chemical/Petroleum manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the U. S.
  • Professional Engineer (P. E.) are preferred
