Position Description

Dedicated Computing, a systems integrator that designs and integrates and optimizes computers for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of Field Applications Engineer (FAE).

The Field Application Engineer (FAE) is responsible to interface with Customers in person as well as through telecommunication to assist in the selection of computer hardware. The FAE will provide technical support including issue resolution, hardware benchmarking and support of compatibility and optimization of the hardware and software to the Customer’s application.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience supporting customers in computer technology
Technical degree preferred
Travel required to perform duties as described above expected to be 40%
Ability to blend technical, mechanical, application and business requirements in development of solution
Current on a broad range of trends and innovations in technology
