Here's what you'd do:

• Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for integrating and testing in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems, and systems.
• Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem.
• Review, evaluate, and derive requirements for testability and develop and direct preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for complete systems and subsystems.
• Coordinates subsystem and system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Analyzes test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and system-level evaluation reports that verify and validate system performance.
• Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems, and systems.

• Subject matter expert in Radio Frequency or Microwave systems and subsystems.
• Success in developing multiple complex test programs with NI LabVIEW and Test Stand development environments.
• Proven track record of researching and specifying components for test equipment design.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting measurement issues and isolating problems down to the test instrument, fixturing, software level or unit under test.
• Proficiency in generating assembly and block diagram sketches, parts lists, and other types of engineering documentation.
• Proficiency in Corrective/Preventative action process and implementation.
• Solid background in deriving test requirements from design or system-level requirements.
• Ability to identify and author needed documentation to correct drawing to actual hardware discrepancies.
• Proven collaborator with multidiscipline teams.
• Effective relationship builder across multiple organizations and disciplines.
• Experience preparing charts and giving presentations outlining technical issues, solutions, or trade studies.
