Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer Science
- Minimum of 6 years experience using Microsoft Office products to generate status reports, project plans, and work instructions.
- Minimum of 6 years experience in writing, editing, and supporting existing software code base (LabVIEW or C).
- Minimum of 6 years experience in analyzing and resolving problems.
- Minimum of 6 years experience in managing and prioritizing your workload, which may consist of several tasks at once.
- Minimum of 6 years experience in effectively working on teams.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Proficiency with electrical parameter measurements typically required for components and subassemblies.
- Proficiency with Radio Frequency or Microwave systems and subsystems.
- Proficiency in developing complex test programs with NI LabVIEW and/or Test Stand development environments.
- Proficiency in researching and specifying components for test equipment design.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting measurement issues and isolating problems down to the test instrument, fixturing, software level, or unit under test.
- Proficiency in generating assembly and block diagram sketches, parts lists, and other types of engineering documentation.
- Proficiency in Corrective/Preventative action process and implementation.
- Proficiency in deriving test requirements from design or system-level requirements.
- Proficiency in reading, understanding, and writing change orders to; assembly drawings and parts lists for test equipment and systems.
- Experience preparing charts and giving presentations outlining technical issues, solutions, or trade studies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal detailed direction to deliver desired results.
