Under the direction of the Director, External Affairs, this position is responsible for monitoring and analyzing federal and state public policies related to energy and environmental affairs with a focus on engagement with policymakers, regulators and the public on environmental justice and community energy issues.

From Holyoke, MA, oversees the 24/7 operation of the power grid that covers the six-states of New England and administers the region's $15+ billion "stock exchange" for the buying and selling of wholesale electricity.
