Work directly with Continuous Improvement organizations on various assignments in partnership with other organizations
Support the site physical transformation, focusing on flow, eliminating waste, & building process / support systems
Collect, validate, and organize data, as well as develop plans for improvement
Help identify deficiencies in day-to-day operations & develop recovery plans
Perform all tasks in accordance with company HSE policies
Complete internship projects and present findings to leadership
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
Ability to schedule and organize time and tasks effectively
Ability to work in a challenging and schedule driven environment
Previous experience working with power/hand tools and measurement devices a plus
Experience with MS Office preferred
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university as a rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial focus) or Management/Business
