Overview:

Loureiro Engineering Associates is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to add to our team for our Plainville, CT office.

Responsibilities:
  • Produce Statement of Qualifications (SOQ)/proposals, including editing and graphics; prepare for digital and/or print reproduction.
  • Identify and monitor SOQ/proposal criteria, ensure response is fully compliant.
  • Handle production and arrange for on-time delivery of SOQs/proposals.
  • Gather content from team and consultants as needed.
  • Maintain systems to extract, categorize, and retrieve information related to clients, consultants, personnel, projects, prior proposals, boilerplate, and visuals.
  • Write and continually update resumes and project sheets.
  • Perform Market Research to assist with new and repetitive growth.
  • Prepare or assemble written and visual information for client presentations.
Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business or Marketing recommended.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the A/E/C industry preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign.
  • Understanding of basic business development principles.
  • Understanding SOQ/proposal production, including digital and printing/binding.
  • Basic understanding of go/no-go process.
  • Knowledge of database concepts.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
  • Able to push, pull, and place materials on level surfaces and overhead cabinets.
