Our practice is located at 170 University Drive Amherst, MA 01002. As a Family Medicine office, we offer comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from infants to adults.

Role Overview
We are seeking a per-diem Triage Nurse RN to pick up shifts Monday through Friday, but we can be flexible on exact days based on employee availability. Dedicated to phone triage, this Registered Nurse will handle patient interactions via telephone, provide advice in accordance with clinical protocols, and coordinate proper disposition. Calls are related to patient concerns, appointments, pre and post procedures, urgent care, inpatient admissions, prescription refills, and test results.
