Advantage Resourcing is hiring an experienced Microscopic Soldering Assembler to join a dynamic team in Plainfield, CT. Pay | $16 - $18 per hour
Schedule | 1st shift 7 AM - 3 PM
Requirements | Strong electronics background with knowledge and skills in volt meters, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, power suppliers, and signal generators; excellent soldering, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; and familiarity with mechanical tools in the fabrication and assembly of chassis.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Rest, align, troubleshoot, repair, and modify circuit boards
- Test and calibrate circuit boards efficiently
- Analyze and interpret test data
- Complete paperwork accurately
- Fabricate cables
- Use mechanical tools to assemble the chassis
