Fallon Health's Summit ElderCare is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly-PACE for short. PACE, an alternative to nursing home care, is a program that helps people 55 and older continue living safely at home. Competencies:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Certification as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant desirable
CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to be certified with 60 days of employment is required |
2-4 years of experience working with a frail or elderly population
At least one year in a lead or supervisory capacity
Must complete a standardized set of competencies for personal care assistance and service coordination
