Job Description
Accounting Coordinator
The New England Sports Center has an opening for an Accounting Coordinator. QuickBooks Desktop experience preferred but not required. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is required.

Major Responsibilities/Activities:
  • Weekly invoicing to Ice customers with balances
  • Daily Collections on Ice balances
  • Weekly Collections on Team balances
  • Reconcile any discrepancies on open accounts to ensure timely payment is received
  • Create Purchase Orders for requested purchases
  • Purchase office supplies and other items as requested after PO is approved
  • Organize and distribute daily activity report folder
  • Daily trip to the bank to make deposits
  • Enter invoices received
  • Gather invoices coming due for weekly check run
  • Process employee expense reimbursements
  • Open and distribute daily mail
  • Mail out checks weekly
  • Weekly Filing of Invoices
Minimum Requirements:
  • Microsoft Office fluent
  • Detail-Oriented
  • Account balancing skills
  • Ability to use an automated accounting system
  • Records maintenance skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
