A recent retiree, Benjamin Ruark has performed in solo or co-performed development of numerous assessments; training and quality needs audits; a wide array of training programs and seminar presentations; an equally wide variety of performance improvement projects in manufacturing, services, and software industries; and in redesign of operating layouts. He is an advocate of workplace research, especially wide scale adoption of Evidence-Based Practice (EBP).
