Manager of Training and Staff Development
Overview
Manager Training and Staff Development will assist with the coordination of all agency training efforts, maintenance of training records and the marketing of the training program to external customers.This position will also be the back up to the Lead Instructor. Primarily responsible for the DDS Medication Certification process as the DDS Medication Certification Coordinator.
Requirements
Must have own registered and insured vehicle for use during business hours. Some travel will be required. Bachelor's degreefrom four-year college or university in education-related studies andtwoyears related experienceOR four yearsof relatedexperiencesuch as in human services,adulteducation, human resources developmentOR equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience teaching adult learners is preferred.
